MMG Community Response Group was created to help housing organisations provide responsive, compassionate and well-documented support at the moments residents and officers need it most.
MMG brings frontline experience in tenancy services, antisocial behaviour, safeguarding, tenancy sustainment, welfare rights and money advice. The service combines practical housing knowledge with a strong belief that every contact should help the resident understand what happens next.
MMG works alongside housing teams rather than replacing their professional judgement. Our role is to increase capacity, strengthen case progression and ensure that residents receive a calm, consistent response.
