How It Works

Agree the service. We confirm scope, referral routes, authority levels, contractor details and escalation procedures.

1

Send or receive the case. Your team refers a remote case, or the resident contacts the dedicated out-of-hours line.

2

MMG responds. We establish the facts, assess urgency, provide clear guidance and take the actions authorised by the client.

3

Everything is documented. The resident receives written confirmation where included, and the client receives the case notes, post-contact risk assessment, actions and supporting documents.

4

The case returns to your team. The housing officer receives a concise handover, including outstanding actions and any identified risks.

5

Projects and Casework

Emergency homelessness and domestic abuse

Housing duties and advice were reviewed, an urgent request for safe accommodation was professionally escalated, and a practical safety and multi-agency action plan was produced.

Severe health and unsuitable housing

A person-centred assessment connected serious COPD and mobility needs with property conditions, progressed rehousing and support routes, and identified wider risks affecting the building.

Complex ASB and neighbour disputes

Evidence review, resident communication, restorative options, police partnership and proportionate pre-legal intervention were used to bring structure to escalating disputes.
