The situation

A woman experiencing domestic abuse required emergency accommodation after being advised that a particular police risk classification was needed before emergency housing could be considered.

The situation

 A resident at risk required coordinated evidence to support an urgent housing move. Relevant information was held by several agencies and the housing provider needed clear evidence about danger, housing suitability and property requirements.

The situation

An older resident living alone had severe COPD, restricted mobility and recent hospital admissions. Excess heat, mould, poor ventilation and the property layout affected his health, independence and ability to use parts of his home safely.
